KING’s mission is to successfully serve each client by providing unrivaled investment advisory services. The firm strives to build and preserve client wealth through the Business Valuation Approach. This discipline has remained the core investment philosophy since the inception of the firm and has yielded decades of superior long-term performance.
KING’s Business Valuation Approach seeks to identify stocks which meet one or more of the following criteria:
-
Stocks trading at the lower end of fundamental benchmarks: KING reviews financial ratios, including price/earnings, price/cash flow, price/book value, and price/sales. Stocks trading at or below the lower end of their historical valuation range are candidates for possible purchase.
In addition to fundamental undervaluation, KING looks for stocks that have a potential catalyst to unleash value. This could include companies with a clear commitment to enhancing shareholder value, companies undergoing restructurings, asset sales or stock buybacks, or companies that are potential acquisition targets and/or are in consolidating industries.
KING’s mutual fund allocation strategies follow the proven philosophy that, by combining multiple asset classes, an advisor can achieve higher investment returns while lowering the risk of losing principal. We incorporate a successful investment management process that replicates the disciplined approach used in managing large pools of institutional pension and endowment assets. This strategy implements periodic and opportunistic adjustments to our portfolios; tactical modifications are formulated by the evaluation of economic, market, demographic, and geopolitical trends.
